Project overview
Development begins with the relationships already sustaining the village.
Ratanpur is studied as a network of people, work, culture, land and seasonal change. Rather than replacing this network, the proposal identifies where new links, shared facilities and targeted spatial interventions can strengthen local self-reliance.
The framework combines mapping, community requirements and phased design. Agriculture, dairy, crafts, education, health, rights, participation and economic groups are connected so that physical proposals can support livelihoods as well as space.
