Managing Director
Aamlan Saswat Mishra is an accomplished architectural designer with a Master’s in Architectural Design from University College London and a professional Bachelor of Architecture from the School of Planning and Architecture, Bhopal. Skilled in advanced computational and parametric design, Aamlan has experience in using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, and Grasshopper for architectural visualization and sustainable design optimization. As the Managing Director at Arsum Creatives, he co-founded a startup that provided advanced architectural, interior, and graphics design services. His role involved creating parametric facade patterns, optimizing shading and energy performance, and developing technical documentation for urban planning projects.
Aamlan has worked at the Airports Authority of India, on master planning and terminal expansion projects, further enhancing his ability to manage technical design requirements and large-scale project documentation. His programming skills in C# and Python, combined with his design expertise, allow him to integrate data-driven insights into architectural workflows. Aamlan’s commitment to innovation and sustainability gives him a unique perspective.

Prof. (Dr.) Bishnu Prasad Mishra, an innovative self-styled person born and groomed by nature and the natural environment, always makes his presence felt among his friends and co-workers. He believes in “Basudheba Kutumbakam” logic and practices it in his managerial life. Dr Mishra received a post-graduate and a doctoral degree in Engineering from IIT Kharagpur, West Bengal, India. To fine-tune his work style, he completed an MBA from Utkal University in Production and Human Resource Management. He has developed three farm implements in collaboration with IIT Bhubaneswar, which are now commercially produced and marketed in Odisha. He played an instrumental role in drafting the Odisha State Agriculture Policy – 95 and implementing the same in Odisha. He has developed the concept of an Agro Service Center to meet the demand for agricultural machines after the super cyclone -1999 and a monitoring mechanism for irrigation / commercial agricultural enterprises implemented in the state of Odisha. Owning five patents, he is presently associated with R&D activities, the development of new concepts for enriching rural livelihood and training them to use the latest state-of-art technologies under the digital system.
